Guided Walks at Seal Beach
July 14, 2018 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pmFree
We’re excited to offer guided interpretive nature walks this summer at Mayne Island Campground!
These walks are open to the public and to those staying at the campsite.
This is an absolutely amazing property to explore, a must-see for those living and visiting Mayne Island. Giant western red cedar, an eagles’ nest perched atop a towering Douglas fir, lush sword ferns and salmon berry, vast expanses of vanilla leaf, and socially fascinating harbour seals are just some of the sights to be seen.
Registration is limited, so please sign up in advance here on our website (below.) Cost is by donation; recommended $5/adult, youth are encouraged to join us for free. While we love dogs, please leave your furry friends at home when you come. Thanks!
It runs from 2-3:30 pm, June 16th, 23rd, 30th, July 7th, July 14th, July 21st, and August 11th
A reminder this is a private property not open to the public unless staying at the campsite or participating in one of the Mayne Island Conservancy led nature walks.
