In a friendly and supporting environment, participants will learn how to start our own nature journals and write down their observations, using words, pictures, and numbers.

Geared toward children ages 5-12, the workshop will take place in a natural setting, facilitating a connection and place-based learning in nature.

Tickets are on a sliding scale $5.00 – $20.00

About Bea Martin:

Bea Martin is an educator, 2D animator, certified medical illustrator (CMI), and Fulbright Scholar with a medical background, based in Canada.

With curiosity and enthusiasm, her goal is to craft entertaining, inspiring, and educational stories, and to merge art with science in both digital and traditional media in a creative collaborative environment.

She loves sketching outdoors, and thrives supporting the creativity, curiosity and artistic development of people of all ages.

And she also makes (and eat) her own bread!
