We’re looking for a volunteer who can write engaging content about natural history on Mayne Island for our website and Facbook page. Content must be relevant, accurate, and targeted to a broad audience.

This position would suit someone interested in working behind the scenes on their own time, but who is interested and knowledgeable about local natural history. Examples of topics we would be interested in are bats, frogs, wildflowers, whales, birds, etc. We like to have content about the things people can observe.

Skills: knowledge of natural ecosystems and species. The ability to create engaging content. Good communication skills.
